Gluten-free Dishes
Our Head Chef Klaus Schwaiger and his team are glad to announce that the `s Baggers® menu now offers many gluten-free dishes. Celiac disease sufferers can enjoy dishes such as "Lendla mit Bfiffer" (Grilled Pork Filet with Mushrooms) or the popular "Fränkischer Urschdoff" (Shoulder of Pork with Sauerkraut and Gravy) without worries.
