We want to do more than just satisfy our guests, we want them to enthuse about us.

Our Menu

The main focus of all our efforts is to offer high-quality food and drink at good price-performance ratio.

We place great value on fresh cooking an never use additives such as preservatives or flavour enhancer. We only buy fresh, high-quality ingredients from selected suppliers of the local region, including organic produce. 

Thanks to modern food preparation technology we can cook exceptional Franconian dishes carefully and with less fat and calories.



The small portions, we call them “Generous Franconian Tapas”, allow our guests to enjoy a variety of Franconian specialities or to assemble an individual menu with 4 or 5 courses.

In `s Baggers® you can celebrate a generous meal with your family and friends. But you can also pop in just for a small portion with a drink as a snack.
